This short assessment will give you some flavor of emotional intelligence. It is not meant to be a serious test of your emotional functioning. Have fun with it.
For a comprehensive test of emotional intelligence that has been scientifically validated I recommend the BarOn EQI. This is the assessment that this book has been based on.
If you are going through some trauma in your life the results may be quite skewed and not a good indication of where you are at this time. Wait until things return to a more normal state before doing the quiz.
